Terms of service
These terms are the agreement between you (or the organization you sign up for) and DT Global Ventures Ltd for using Haechy to host apps. They cover your account, what you may run, what we do and don't promise, plans and limits, data, and how either side can end things.
Effective 6 November 2026. Last updated: 6 November 2026.
1. Who we are
Haechy is operated by DT Global Ventures Ltd, company number 16042336, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean DT Global Ventures Ltd, and "you" means the person or organization that holds the account.
Haechy is an independent product of DT Global Ventures Ltd. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18. If you sign up for an organization, you confirm you can bind it to these terms.
- Sign-up uses your email and a text-message code sent to a mobile number. Haechy is available in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. We're starting with the places where we can support billing, tax and local rules properly. Sign-up asks for a mobile number from one of these countries; we use it to keep spam and abuse off Haechy.
- Numbers that are internet-based (VoIP) are refused. Each person may hold one free workspace, tied to one mobile number.
- Give accurate details and keep them current. Keep access to your email, your Claude account and your phone safe, and tell us quickly if you think someone else has got in. You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- We don't offer Haechy to people in places under comprehensive sanctions, or where we can't lawfully serve you.
3. Using Haechy through Claude
You connect Haechy to your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms. Anthropic isn't a party to these terms and doesn't provide Haechy. Whatever Claude does through the connector, it does as you: creating apps, deploying, changing settings and asking for outside services. Claude can ask to let an app reach an outside service, but only the workspace owner or a workspace admin can approve it, from the Haechy console. Please read what you approve.
Content you show Claude, such as a key you type into a chat, passes through Anthropic under your own terms with them. We suggest you set secret values yourself in the console where you can.
4. Your apps and content
You own your apps, your data and what your end users put into them. You give us the right to host, run, copy and back up that material, only as needed to provide Haechy to you.
You are responsible for your apps, whether you or Claude wrote the code, for the outside services you approve, and for the people you let in. That includes having a lawful reason to collect and use your end users' personal data, telling them about it, and answering their requests. Haechy's checks, such as the deploy check and the sandbox, are controls that help. They are not a review of your app and not a promise that it is free of faults or safe to use.
5. Acceptable use
You and your end users must follow our acceptable use policy, which is part of these terms.
6. Plans, limits and paid plans
The Free plan is free, with no card needed. Each plan has limits on things like apps, people, database storage and emails. They are listed on the pricing page and explained in the limits guide. When you reach a limit, the next new thing (a new app, invite, outside service or email) is refused, and Claude tells you which limit it was. Apps that are already running keep running. On the Free plan, an app that has been idle goes to sleep and wakes on the next visit.
Paid plans aren't open yet. When they open, payment will be taken by Polar as merchant of record, the price and renewal terms will be shown before you pay, and you will be able to cancel online. We will give you advance notice, with a way to cancel first, of any price increase or reduction in the limits of a plan you pay for.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you will have a right to withdraw within 14 days of buying a paid plan, and the checkout will explain it. Your other statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
7. Data protection
Our privacy notice explains how we use your own data as controller. For the personal data in your apps, you are the controller (or processor for your own customer) and we are your processor. We will:
- process that data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and what you ask Claude or the console to do;
- keep it confidential and apply the security controls described on our security page;
- use the sub-processors on our list, and tell you before we add or replace one, so that you can object;
- help you answer requests from your end users and with your impact assessments, as far as is reasonable;
- tell you without undue delay if we learn of a personal data breach affecting your apps;
- return or delete the data when your account ends, as set out in clause 10; and
- give you the information you reasonably need to check that we are doing this.
These points apply for as long as we process the data, and cover UK GDPR, EU GDPR and the Swiss data protection law where they apply.
8. The service and its availability
Haechy is a young service and we are still building it. We provide it as it is and as available. We have no uptime guarantee and no service levels. We may change, add or retire features, and we will tell you about changes that materially affect something you rely on.
Your app's container, database and backups run in the region you chose. See regions. The first app in a new region can take a few minutes longer to start. Database backups are taken nightly, and what you can see and restore depends on your plan. Backups are a safety net and we can't promise that every piece of data can be recovered, so keep your own copies of anything you can't lose.
Some services we use to send email, verify phone numbers and take payments process data outside your chosen region. See our sub-processors.
9. Suspension and our decisions
We may remove content, disable an app or suspend an account if it breaks the acceptable use policy or these terms, puts our systems or other people at risk, falls foul of sanctions or other law, or (once paid plans exist) isn't paid for. Where we can, we will warn you first. When we act, we will tell you what we did and why, and which part of the rules applied, unless the law stops us. You can ask us to reconsider by replying to that message or writing to legal@haechy.com, and a person will look again.
10. Ending the agreement and your data
You can stop using Haechy at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@haechy.com. We complete deletion within 30 days. We can end your access on reasonable notice, or immediately for the reasons in clause 9.
There is no one-click export yet. Before you leave, ask Claude to read out your data from the app's database, or tell us in your request that you need a copy, and we will do what we reasonably can. When an app is deleted, its container, database and address go straight away and a final backup stays for 90 days, then it is deleted. The privacy notice lists every retention period.
11. Reporting content
To tell us about illegal content or an app that breaks the rules, write to abuse@haechy.com or abuse@haechy.app with the exact address, why you think it is a problem, your name and email, and a statement that you are acting in good faith. See the acceptable use policy. Security problems go to the disclosure page.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything you are entitled to by law as a consumer.
Subject to that, we give no warranty that Haechy will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that your apps will be fit for a particular purpose. We aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your apps, your code, the outside services you approve, or the acts of your end users. Our total liability for all claims in connection with Haechy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or £100 if you have paid nothing.
You will cover our reasonable losses from third-party claims that arise from your apps or your content, or from your breach of the acceptable use policy.
13. Governing law
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell account owners by email before a material change takes effect, and the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using Haechy after the change date, you accept the new terms; if you don't agree, you can end your account first.
Questions about these terms: legal@haechy.com. Other contact details are on the trust page.
