Sub-processors
These are the companies that process personal data on Haechy's behalf, what each does and where. Your app's container, database and backups stay with Amazon Web Services in the region you choose. The services for email, phone checks and payments may process data elsewhere.

Anthropic is not on this list
When you use Haechy from Claude, your own Claude account sends requests to us, under your own terms with Anthropic. Whatever you show Claude, for instance a key typed into the chat, a query result or a log, goes through Anthropic. Anthropic doesn't process data for us.
Transfers and safeguards
Several of these companies are in the United States or operate there, so personal data from the UK, EU and EEA is transferred outside those areas. We rely on the safeguards the law provides for each one and are confirming the details with each provider. Ask at privacy@haechy.com if you need them. More in the privacy notice and on regions.
When this list changes
We update this page whenever we add or replace a company. We will also email workspace owners before a new sub-processor starts handling their app data, so they can raise an objection with us at legal@haechy.com.
