Every limit, side by side
A person is anyone who can sign in to your apps, you included, and counts once however many apps they use. A builder is a person who creates and deploys apps by talking to Claude.

Included on every plan
Plans differ in scale, reach and admin control. These stay the same on all of them.
- Approval of every outside service your app reaches, enforced on the network
- A gVisor sandbox around every app
- An automated check on every deploy
- Sign-in in front of every app
- Nightly database backups, restorable by asking Claude
- Your choice of region (Free: one region for the workspace)
What happens when you hit a limit
Limits stop the next new thing: the next app, invite or outside service. They never stop an app that is already running, and the people who already have access keep it.
- Sign-in emails
- They always send and never count against your monthly email total.
- Database storage
- You get a warning at 80% of the limit and writes keep working up to 120%. After that the app goes read-only and the builder sees a clear message. Nothing is lost silently.
- App email over the limit
- Emails wait in a queue and go out when the month resets or when you upgrade. The builder is told at 80% and again at 100%.
- The sixth person on Free
- They see "This workspace's plan covers 5 people. We've told [builder's first name], who can add you." The builder gets the request with a one-click upgrade. People who sign in to your apps never see prices.
- Sleeping apps
- On Free, an app nobody has opened for 15 minutes goes to sleep. The next visitor waits while it wakes, and the data is still there. Paid plans keep apps awake up to a shared memory pool (on Pro, about 6 to 8 small apps), and the rest sleep when idle. A Free app with no sign-ins and no deploys for 30 days is paused; ask Claude or click once to wake it, and your data is kept.
- If you downgrade or a payment fails
- You get 7 days' grace with reminders, then the Free limits apply. You choose which 2 apps stay live; the others are paused and kept. Public pages switch to sign-in, custom domains detach, and your data is kept for 90 days.
Paying, cancelling and tax
How do taxes and currency work?
We show prices in US dollars, euros, pounds or Australian dollars, picked from your device's time zone. To change it, use "Prices in" above the plans. US dollar prices are before sales tax, which is added where it applies and shown before you pay. Euro, pound and Australian dollar prices include VAT or GST.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. If you move down to Free, you get 7 days' grace, then the Free limits apply: you choose which 2 apps stay live, the others are paused, and your data is kept for 90 days.
What does an extra builder cost?
Free and Pro include one builder, Team five and Business 15. Extra builders on Team and Business cost $15, €15 or £12 each a month.
Which countries can sign up?
Haechy is available in the US, Canada, the UK, the EU and EEA, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. We're starting with the places where we can support billing, tax and local rules properly. Sign-up asks for a mobile number from one of these countries; we use it to keep spam and abuse off Haechy.
