Acceptable use policy

Haechy is for business tools and small apps. You may not use it for anything illegal, harmful or deceptive, including phishing, malware, spam, child sexual abuse material, attacks on other systems, crypto-mining or reselling Haechy. To report an app on haechy.app, email abuse@haechy.app with its address and what is wrong.

Effective 6 November 2026. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

What Haechy is for

Haechy hosts apps that people build with Claude, such as internal tools, dashboards, forms and small business systems, each with its own database and sign-in. It is managed app hosting for business tools. It isn't a place to rent general-purpose servers, run network services for other people, or sell Haechy on.

What you must not do

This applies to you, your apps and the people you let use them.

  • Illegal content. Anything unlawful where it is hosted or where it is aimed, and above all child sexual abuse material, which we remove immediately and report.
  • Fraud and impersonation. Phishing pages, fake sign-in or payment forms, scams, and pretending to be another person, company or service, including Haechy.
  • Malware and attacks. Malicious software, scanning or probing other systems without permission, attempts to break into accounts or services, and floods of traffic aimed at anyone.
  • Spam. Unsolicited bulk messages, including by sending email through Haechy's email feature.
  • Crypto-mining. Mining or any workload whose main purpose is to use compute for that.
  • Proxies and masking. Running a proxy, VPN, VPN exit or other service that hides where traffic comes from.
  • Reselling. Offering Haechy or hosting to third parties as a service of your own.
  • Abusive scraping. Collecting data from websites or services in breach of their rules or in a way that harms them.
  • Sanctions evasion. Using Haechy to get around trade or sanctions laws.
  • Unlawful use of sensitive data. Processing special categories of personal data, such as health or biometric data, without a lawful basis and the protections the law requires.
  • Harassment and infringement. Threats, harassment, hate that incites violence, and material that infringes others' intellectual property.

Good-faith security research on your own account and apps is welcome. See the disclosure page for testing rules.

Rules about the platform

Don't try to get around the controls that keep Haechy running safely: the approved-services list, the sandbox, plan limits, the sign-in gateway or the phone check. Don't open more than one free workspace per person, and don't use a number or details that aren't yours.

Email from your apps

Send email from an app only to people who expect it. If we see complaints, bounces or spam-like patterns, we may pause your app's email sending.

Reporting an app or content

Email abuse@haechy.app or abuse@haechy.com. Please include:

  • the full address of the app or page (for example name.haechy.app/page);
  • why you believe it is illegal or breaks this policy;
  • your name and email address; and
  • a statement that you believe in good faith that the information is accurate.

We confirm that we got your report and tell you what we decided. Security vulnerabilities in Haechy itself go to the disclosure page instead.

What we do about it

  1. Review. We look at the report and the app. If it is clear-cut and dangerous, we act first and ask questions afterwards.
  2. Act. Depending on what we find we may ask you to fix it, remove the content, disable the app, restrict features, or suspend the account. Repeat or serious breaches can end your account.
  3. Explain. We tell the app owner what we did and why, and how to ask us to reconsider by writing to legal@haechy.com, unless the law stops us from telling them.
  4. Escalate. Child sexual abuse material is disabled at once, kept securely and reported to the authorities. We also report suspected serious threats to life or safety, and we respond to lawful requests.
