Use Haechy in Claude Desktop
Claude Desktop uses the same connectors as your claude.ai account. Add Haechy once in Customize > Connectors, in the app or on the web, and it is there in Desktop. You don't edit any config file, because Haechy is a remote connector, not a local one.
Checked on 6 November 2026. Anthropic changes these menus from time to time.
Already added it on the web?
Then it follows your account. Open a chat in Desktop, use the "+" button at the lower left, choose "Connectors" and make sure Haechy is switched on.
Adding it from Desktop
The screens are the same ones the web uses. Open Customize > Connectors, choose "+ Add" then "Add custom connector", name it Haechy and paste the address:
https://mcp.haechy.com/mcp
Pick "Sign in now" and keep the recommended OAuth client option. The claude.ai page lists every step. If your organization is on a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner adds the connector first; see Team and Enterprise plans.
Why there is no config file step
Desktop also has a way to run local connectors from a file called claude_desktop_config.json. That is a separate mechanism for programs on your own computer. Haechy runs online, so it goes through the connectors screen instead, and you shouldn't add it to that file.
On your phone
Add Haechy on the web or in Desktop first. The next time you sign in to Claude on iPhone, iPad or Android, it shows up there. Installing connectors from the phone itself is in beta, so use the web or Desktop for the setup.
Cowork
Remote connectors work in Cowork too, from the same account setting.
Once it's on, the quickstart shows what to ask first.
